If you are having problems getting your password to work for the members area, please make sure that you do not have your CAPS LOCK key on, and that you are capitalizing any capitals and makeing sure that all lower case letters are in fact lower case. All passwords are CaSE sEnsITivE!

If you are getting a message that your password has been hacked, given out or compromised, this is usually due to using the same password on another site, or if you use a common password.

Another problem is password sharing. If you share your password with even one buddy our software will detect it and shut it down.
